FOR SALE Surplus potato equipment. We are selling surplus equipment which we no longer use, including a Ransomes Faun 2 Row Planter and
Reekie Bedformer and Ridger
Ransomes Faun 2 Row Potato Planter
In good working condition, all 4 belts and cups are
complete, has simple to change variable planting rate to suit different varieties, adjustable ridge formers on the rear
have break away springs to prevent damage. An ideal machine that will quite happily go behind a small tractor and do an excellent
job. After it's last outing it was washed, greased and sprayed with Waxoyl.

Reekie RT170S Bedformer & RB2 Ridger
Reekie RT170S Bedformer & RB2 Ridger, in working
condition and will produce a good finish before either destoning or planting. This is a very substantial piece of kit and
has plenty of life left in it. The tines are worn but still work fine. There is a slight oil leak from the bottom of the gearbox
(an oil seal) this doesn't affect use, just check the oil every day. The Ridger is again a substantial lump. The metal
is bit thin on the tips, but can still be used or replated.

Refuse lorry rescue from Dulas
Estuary
We were called out at 08.45am to recover a recycling lorry which had strayed onto
a local beach. The tide was already up to the wheels when we arrived, so there was little we could do. We came back after
the tide went out. With the help of our Ford TW15, a Fermec 860 Excavator and a hugh winch on a commercial recovery lorry
the truck was finally recovered at 6.00pm.

years, before setting up his own successful parts and service business to keep the existing range of machines working
for many years. We now have an extensive range of replacement parts, some genuine, which we can offer to owners of tractors
