on Royal Mail & Parcel Force - details on request. Overseas orders - we normally use Parcel Force Global Priority

not receive your goods we will start a claim with Royal Mail/Parcel Force in your name and compensation will be paid direct
to you.
- Delivery Schedule:
In stock items will be dispatched as soon as we receive
cleared payment. If your item is not in stock we will order it on our next stock order. A delay of up to 10 days is possible
in these circumstances; we will notify you of any stock problems.
- Returns:
Should
you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please do so within 7 days of receipt. Unless faulty, goods must be returned
in their original packaging, in a clean and saleable condition and are subject to a handling/re-stocking fee of 15% of the
total invoice excluding carriage. You must inform us before you return an item, and tell us if
you want an exchange or a refund. We do not refund carriage charges unless we have sent you the wrong item i.e. you ordered
a piston and we sent you a light bulb. Due to the nature of our business there are many variations in machine specification.
Often, changes have been made to machines by previous owners that mean when we supply the correct part for that model it will
not fit. We will endeavor to find you the correct parts and where possible take back the item we supplied. However, if we
have supplied an item you specifically ordered and we would have little chance of selling it on we will be unable to provide
a refund. We will always deal with these instances on a case by case basis. Please note that you are responsible for
any returned goods until they arrive with us. This policy does not apply to used or second hand items which are non returnable.
- "Used" items do not have a warranty and are sold as seen.
- Smallholder Services
shall not be liable for loss, injury or any damage relating to parts, machinery or information supplied by ourselves.
Warranties extend as far as those given to us by our suppliers. All parts are only to be fitted by competent persons, if you
are in any doubt consult a qualified engineer.
- Part Numbers:
OEM part numbers are
for cross reference purposes only, and do not imply that our parts are made by the OEM. Our parts are sourced from reputable
UK manufacture's who may, or may not have made the originals.
If you've managed to read this far, well
done! We hope you think our terms a fair and reasonable.
