The Marianglas Tractor Run took place on
Boxing Day 2009
Boxing Day 2009 promised rain, but it kept clear until
we all returned. Starting from the Parciau Arms, the tractors travelled past Home Farm Caravan Site, along the A5025, turning
up the narrow lane towards Mynydd Bodafon. After a short pause by the lake for pictures, the tractors, now growing in numbers
decended towards Maenaddwyn and headed for Brynteg. Turning just before Brynteg along another narrow lane to join the main
road just by the Parciau Arms. After parking up the rain predictably arrived and everyone retired to the pub for a much awaited
drink, hot snacks and a good chat!
